 Rating: - A Great Deal For A Great Anime!Hey, All the episodes in one package for a a good price? Yea its awesome, As one poster said 25 big ones for each disc = alot of cash. Cowboy bebop is a great anime, Deep story and everything, A definite must get for the anime lover! Rating: - A work of art with the sound it deservesFirst of all, the series itself is beautifully mastered in the animation, dub, and music. Composer Yoko Kanno is an absolute genius! Remix's 5.1 sound is absolutely wonderful, and this is a total bargain for a series of this quality. The english dub is absolutely superb. For once I recommend it over watching in the japanese, since the subtitles give the language a stilted feel, and the dub keeps that edgy tone going. The characters are outstanding, and Bebop gives the viewer enough credit to use their own brains to draw conclusions, instead of narrating everything out. Without a doubt this is one of the most poignant stories in anime. This is not a series for kids - it was made for adults, and the first episode is so adult that ... It's adorable cast of characters and great stand-alone stories only help crescendo to the epic finale. A must own. If you enjoy this sort of anime, it's well worth the price. I was hooked after watching the first two episodes on Adult Swim, and I've loved the show ever since. |
