 Rating: - like viewing pieces of Van Googh's sunflowers... beautiful, at times brilliant, but out of their brilliant contexts, very lacking... Radiohead is a "disc" band, if there was every one (just like, say Pink Floyd) so a "Best of" package is way off the mark... Clearly only for casual fans -- but even for them I BY FAR would first recommend their very accessible "The Bends"... Cheers. Rating:  - Ridin' the Gravy TrainI don't know Thom Yorke, I wish I did. That said, I can't be 100% confident that he hates this album - but I'll place my bet that he does... Radiohead doesn't seem like a "best of" band. The success of In Rainbows scared the music industry and they retaliate by offering up an uninspired collection to...to who exactly? Not the fans. I wonder how much money Capitol will make off this? My 1 star is not for the songs, but for the album itself. Rating:  - All the classics on one handy CDThis is going to be an 'Indiana Jones 4' of on an album, you're either going to love it or hate it. Its a great compilation of their best songs, the order is interesting, but any Radiohead fan will already have the majority of these tracks. Its just on one handy CD. For the newbies to Radiohead it's a great listen. Yes, it's an EMI cash in since the band have left the label. All the classics are on disc one, if you can get hold of the 2 Disc edition (which Amazon are strangely not selling currently) I would recommend that more, as it holds some of the more offbeat tracks and gives you more of a rounded impression of their music.
