If you love yoga then you'll love this book! There's so much more to yoga than the physical postures that we have come to know. Yoga is a beautiful study, one that can really help deepen any spiritual practice. This book explains so much. I really enjoyed it, and will read it over and over again!

This is one of my top ten non-fiction books of all time. Here is why: First, it is well-written and intriguing. There is little to no academic jargon to wade through. It is a plain spoken book about the realities of inner-city life. It is not difficult to read in a literary sense, but certainly in an ethical and moral sense. This brings me to the second reason why I found it to be such an important book: It puts a face on the experiences of poor minorities living in urban areas. One of my top 2003 cookbook choices is The Chopra Center Cookbook, a smart and intelligent way of looking at food, what you eat, and how you feel.

As a TV Consumer Wellness Expert, www.terrawellington.com, I feel the inside lacks design creativity and visual interest, but the wellness and food information is fascinating and useful.

Dr. Deepak Chopra and his co-authors talk about how purposely varying food tastes for each meal affects our holistic health, and how our appetite is a key, regulating internal indicator.

I have interviewed Dr. Chopra before, in person, and can almost hear his voice in the introduction and first couple of educational chapters. The recipes are simple and easy to follow.

I bought this book at the airport between 2 flights because there was absolutely nothing else interesting to read. I was a bit afraid I would get lost in the scientific mumble jumble, nevertheless the subject interested me so I gave it a shot. It turns out to be the best book I read in ages. Not only did I rediscover what my science teachers were trying to explain to me in highschool (they did there best but I never quite got it and frankly I didn't really care), I was actually intertained in the process. It describes the scientist as people and what motivated them to often go against the main stream of ideas of their time. Really fascinating book. I recommend it to all.

This book is just the thing to bring a little genital excitement into your dull, drab, wretched life. It proves beyond a shadow of a foreskin that it is a phallacy that the penis can't be funny. The authors' hilarious exhibit of penis performance art is guaranteed to drive all your inadequacies away. My favorite is the puppet with the pop-up feature. This is one of the funniest and most entertaining books I've ever seen. I'd love to see the show if it ever comes around to my obscure and vanishing corner of America's sexual landscape.

Vital Energy: The Seven Keys to Invigorate Body, Mind and Soul is a landmark contribution to health and wellness. The author poses two important questions:

1) Why are so many people overwhelmed by fatigue, lack of enthusiasm, and depression?
2) Why are so many people haunted by the sense that something vitally important is missing from their lives?
