Encore une série que j'adore et qui n'est pas disponible en français! Je l'ai achetée pareil car je me suis habitué à cette situation. C'est la vie au canada! Les francais ne sont pas importants et il faut les négliger! Pour en revenir à la série, c'est génial! Achetez et vous aimerez!

An other show that I love without french track! I bought it because I love this show and now, I know that it is the life in canada. You know, the french people are not important. Anyway, I enjoy the show and I recommand this show to everyone!

I've just recently started watching Supernatural and this box set was a great way to get into the show. The commentaries (though sparse) are really interesting and the documentary extras give great insight into the shows production.

For better or for worse this season tweaked forever the original style of the X-Files, which had maintained a rather closed-in, claustrophobic feel. The producers decided to make a change, perhaps in light of the X-Files feature film they had been working on, to give the show a more movie-like look and feel. So now we see more open spaces, more light and colour, and much larger settings. A hardcore fan would likely resent this change, as something special and atmospheric is lost, however what is gained is a more present-time, present-place visual reality which opened up new possibilities for storytelling and artistic concepts. It is simply the best season of the X-Files, with its flow and style in top form. Each episode stands alone as a marvel of storytelling not to be forgotten. Mulder gets closer to the truth of his sister, of aliens and of the secrets of the Shadow Government. This was the last season filmed in Vancouver, Canada, and perhaps for that reason some storylines are set in Canada's white north. And for that reason this season marks the end of the X-Files as it had been, but I don't want to spoil things but giving it away.
