Le dernier de Metallica est une réussite! La légendaire formation Thrash Metal nous reviens avec un dernier opus qui nous fait oublier totalement les 2 albums précédents. Les pièces sont tous de très bon gout et bien composées mais la production est par contre un peu trop compressée et on a l'impression qu'il manque un peu de dynamisme dans les hautes fréquences. Pour ceux qui hésite et bien détrompez-vous! Cette album est dans la plus pure tradition Metallica... je dirais même que Death Magnetic est un de leur meilleur album. Go grab it now!

This is one of their best CD's out of their entire catalog. This one has a great mix of Rockers and Slower songs. Derry's guitar playing is excellent as always and Johnnie's vocals are fabulous. You will not be disappointed in this one. I think that the price is a bargain and I have been listening to it ever since it came and have been loving it.

This is one of their best CD's out of their entire catalog. This one has a great mix of Rockers and Slower songs. Derry's guitar playing is excellent as always and Johnnie's vocals are fabulous. You know how some girls like the bad boy types? Well this little nugget appeals to all types of girls & boys alike! I haven't been a HUGE fan of KID ROCK's but when I heard AMEN on the radio, I was intrigued. I also had heard "TOO HOT" which makes you curious....After getting the CD, I love to play it over & over. It's a very diverse mix of good/bad & dirty! LOVE IT! I think my favorite at this moment is "NEW ORLEANS". Play it loud!

You know how some girls like the bad boy types? Well this little nugget appeals to all types of girls & boys alike! I haven't been a HUGE fan of KID ROCK's but when I heard AMEN on the radio, I was intrigued. I also had heard "TOO HOT" which makes you curious....After getting the CD, I love to play it over & over. Personally, Nu metal, In the sense of Slipknot Or Korn.. or take your pick of about any of the other thousand or so bands that sound pretty similar. I feel like I've kind of grown out of it. Which is a shame.

I wish I could listen to Corey scream away somewhat aimlessly like he did on their debut album, simply pissed off at just about everything. and enjoy it the way I used to.

But Aside from rare occasions I really don't get much from the old slipknot albums. For me Most Nu metal albums don't age well.

So if this album was a carbon copy of their older stuff I would have pirated it, then I most likely would have let it rot away on my itunes to never be played.. to simply be there.
