Having upgraded from XG2005 to H&B2008 to resolve compatibility issues with Vista I was sorely disappointed. Maybe not even so much with the functionality but the response from customer service, when I finally received one.

One issue I hoped to fix with the upgrade was some bizarre functionality where I could only scroll 1 direction with my wheel mouse in both account and investment windows. Well they fixed half of it. The account windows were fixed but the investment windows remain untouched.

After 3 attempts to get an answer from Intuit I finally received the following response:

I purchased Typing For Kids 3 for my son to help him learn to type and improve his typing skills. He absolutely loved this product! The typing lessons and games kept him interested and were easy to follow. His typing skills have improved so much, I definitely recommend Typing For Kids 3!

This camera is great with Windows Live Messenger. I got it for my girl back home so we can see each other while I'm working in the islands. She installed it really easy (and she says she's not good at that sort of thing). The video image is surprising for this price. It's really good. Her video is seamless. I'm thinking of replacing my camera with it too.
