Note: It really really helps to know the Stargate Characters before
viewing the movie.

I have been a fan of Stargate since the beginning. One of the great things
about this series is there is filming outside and its not all CGI and
studio shots.
When i purchased this movie, i was ready to be entertained up to a point,cause we are talking about Stargate...they can only do so much...
I got caught by surprise...the mood was great...nice to see all of our
friends back together..and we also have a great earh invasion scenario.
The special effects was just enough to stir emotions and really enjoy
the movie...along with good acting and a good script.

Excellent movie!!!

I was so afraid that this movie wasn't going to be as good as the series. But no, the whole crew and actors were the best as usual. I am eagerly awaiting for the next story coming up and will reserve it to make sure I have my own copy.

This is why I just love Stargate SG-1. I can always count on great entertainment.

possibly the best season so far of Atlantis it provides audio commentaries for each episode save one(still haven't figured out why) and none of te commentaries are terribly boring though this can be said of most SGA commentaries I've heard. additionally each of the five discs has a making of of one of the episodes on that disc as well they continue with character profiles started from the first two season disc sets as well as general featurettes about the shows making. This season saw the most money spent on the series so far and trully shows in the production quality. it also includes the longest ever for television CGI sequence in the episode first strike. I'm so glad that they are finally selling Season 2 of Stargate Atlantis on DVD. I was getting a little nervous that they would not release it because it took a long while to come out. But all is good now, and I was able to purchase and view my most favorite show of all. I'm a Treky fan all the way, and even though Stargate is a little different, it's just as good if not better. I loved Stargate SG-1 from the very beginning, still do and this new addition just makes things a lot sweeter. Hopefully it will go as far as SG-1 and even further.

This show just keeps getting more and more intriging with each episode. It is so unfortunate there was a writers strike last year leaving us with only 11 episodes of season 2. However, there 11 episodes we did get are great. New characters are being added and the suspense is building. Who's good? Who's bad? Who can be trusted? A lot of interesting surprises await veiwers of this season and I for one cannot wait for season 3 to start. There's a small preview of season 3 on the last disk, doesn't really set up much but gives you an idea of the direction the show is about to head into. Some darker times await these Heros, I'm sure. So grab some popcorn, pop in these disks and enjoy the build up season 3.

I have watched every episode, I admit it. This show is super cheesy and the lessons are painfully obvious. They basically hit you over the head with the lessons in fact. I did enjoy the show but other than the big stargate in ever episode, its hard to tell it's related to the franchise. There is any Goa'uld, Ori or Wraith. Nope, instead it's lizard like creatures called the twok'kon(no clue on spelling). This is a kids show through and through, watch it if you don't mind cheesy kids shows. One thing I did like over the live action shows is the use of vehicles, I mean not every planet is going to have towns close to the Stargate and don't any of them get tired of walking?

Very disapointed that MGM still unable to deliver a DVD version in french language for all disk of the last season after 10 years. I have follow all episodes and this one is good for special effects and actor's play but seem to spread the story in a lower budget to continue the with the Ori. They put other story shortcut to make the final season. A lot of material is repeating from season 9; bomb, ancient interface, etc. Some episode is too shorter to make a real good destruction idea. Let me the feeling that this is all over and do your best SG-1! Everone is curious to know the end, but for a final, it seem incomplete.

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles - The Complete First Season

This was one of, if not THE best new series of last season. Despite the writer's strike shortening this series' first season down to only nine episodes, it was action packed! Forget the few negative reviews out there saying that it ignores T3, because that's a good thing. This is supposed to take place after T2, therefore T3 does not exist in this story line. The writing is clever and sticks to the Terminator canon. If you liked T1 and T2 and are willing to accept that this series uses them as its basis and goes in a slightly different direction, you'll love this series. Apparently the little genius town of Eureka hasn't quite run out of disasters yet, even with the destruction of the Artifact.

In fact, Eureka's problems get worse as the show's writing becomes better, starting with the citizens bursting into flame. The second season of "Eureka" is more confident and well-balanced than the previous one, and it takes the characters, quirky humor and tight writing into brand-new territory.
