 Rating:  - DisappointedI love this author and Kaithlyn was excellent! But this one? No, very disappointed. A bit boring at times, and I found myself skim reading and skipping pages. Very, very disappointed- wish I borrowed it from the library instead of buying it at full price. Rating:  - Loved It !I loved this book, and can't wait for Kevin Lewis to write another. If you enjoy Martina, Mandasue and June Hampson you will not be disappointed with this read. Just hope we see more of this type of writing from Kevin... Rating: - Frankie by Kevin LewisWell written and at a fast pace. A great read and am looking forward to more of the same from this author. Rating: - NOT disappointed!!!!How can you be disappointed in this book? Its utterly brilliant, in my opinion. I couldnt put it down. Frankie is such a believable character, her story is very sad and i expect there're a lot of people in her position thinking they have no where to go but the streets. Her life go's well for a while, but of course that doesnt last for long. Please judge for yourself, read my review and read the book. I wasnt disappointed like the other reviewer. If you enjoyed Kaitlyn you're bound to like frankie too. Rating: - Pleasantly SurprisedI have to be honest, l was in Tesco, and saw the book for £3, so l picked it up, and had a quick glance, no awkward names, so l bought it. Really did enjoy the book, it's based around a young girl,murder, and fraud. How do they all come together? By weaving a brilliant story togethter. I really had no idea how it was going to turn out, and the ending was excellent. I now intend to buy Kaitlyn. If you enjoy Martina Cole, Mandasue Heller and easy going novels, this is for you. If you like to be confused and have to concentrate on the plot, NOT FOR YOU. Bear in mind l am an Unclassified in English!! |
