About the Author: Reid Bramblett has lived in Europe on and off since the age of 11, and is the author of ten travel guides, including Frommer’s Tuscany & Umbria and Frommer’s Northern Italy.  Rating: - I'm not sure if these guys went to Europe!Picked up a copy of this book and I think laughter is the best way to describe it. Some of it seems reasonably well researched and then some of it is absurd. According to the authors, Alec Guinness invented guinness in 1759 and the scots are fighting for their liberty from the British. Im not sure why anyone would want to travel with a guide book identifying themselves as a dummy so I would perhaps avoid this one. |
