 Rating: - Great US Recipe BookWe initially bought this book as we wanted a recipe for Blueberry pancakes and couldn't find one anywhere else - needless to say, being an American book, the recipe was great (if a little complex because of the US measurements). Since then we've pretty much tried all the recipes and they are all brilliant - much, much better than most of the other cookery books we own. The meatball recipe is a partiular hit, and if you have the desire to re-create any popular american food in the UK, then this is the book for you. Once you work out (or buy) cup measurements and sticks of butter, then the book is easy to follow, and so far (touch wood) we have had 100% success.
