.Diving the World (Footprint Activity Guide) by: Beth Tierney, Shaun Tierney April 28, 2006 Diving the world is a fantastic book packed form cover to cover with information, photos and very useful advice. I have other dive guides but most of them are just a short bit of information on a handful of dives from a country. This book is totally different and so much better. The way it's written sums up the whole diving holiday experience, not just the dives but the atmosphere, the scenery, information on the country, maps, language/safety and health advice, even costs and local customs. At the beginning there are pages dedicated to planning a trip including insurance, airlines, first aid, conservation and little sections clearly marked with top tips or fact files.
