This book is really the number one choice for Constitutional Law students. Well structured, easy to understand book that somehow manages to keep the subject interesting despite the subject matter.
Dont settle for anything less, BUY IT!

This a very useful reference material for constitutional law students. However it is not necessary to own it, another less comprehensive but more readable textbook will be sufficient
Especially in the field of Scots law a book such as C. Munro's book on Constitutional and Administrative law along with reference to Bradley and Ewing would provide a useful partnership.
This book is 5 stars for content but it is a better library reference than a bed time read.

This book is largely accepted as the definitive guide to constitutional and administrative law. It doesn't make for very good bedtime reading but is noetheless informative and accessible. The must have book for constitutional and administrative law students.
