It comes with a pull out road map, which was very useful, otherwise it wouldn't have gotten even 2 stars.

But as an actual travel guide this is utter pants. It provides very little information about what to do in very few places, and has even less about accommodation and eating. And it is not even comparatively priced against other guides. Honestly it's not worth it.

Having said that, which of the NZ guides you can buy here are worth paying for? The answer is actually none of them. The reason being the NZ tourist board provides ample FREE guides, which are readily and easily available everywhere, on all aspects and locations on their beautiful islands.
