.El Gato Con Botas by: Charles Perrault 1998-09 Fred Marcellino is a wonderful illustrator, with a unique talent in that he captures the flavour of past times, without looking fusty or old-fashioned. His period costumes and settings are researched to the last detail, but never distracting , or hollow. .The Puffin Book of Five-minute Stories (First Young Puffins) by: Perrault, Margaret Mahy, Allan Ahlberg, Dick King-Smith, Adele Geras, Vivian French, et al June 29, 2000 I bought this book for my two boys who are six and seven years old, it looked great to me. Unfortunately after reading a few of the stories my boys said the book was just plain boring! .Little Red Riding Hood (Fairy Tales) by: Charles Perrault, Various 2002-08 I bought this book for my two boys who are six and seven years old, it looked great to me. Unfortunately after reading a few of the stories my boys said the book was just plain boring!
