.Brit's Guide to Disneyland Resort Paris 2008-2009: And Paris Attractions by: Simon Veness, Susan Veness February 12, 2008 We have just returned from short trip to Disney Paris. This book was quite useful, but best read with a degree of caution. The authors seem to be lacking any real objectivity and are so gushy about the resort some parts of the book are nauseating to read. Whilst I would agree Disneyland is a great experience for children and a lot of fun for all, the authors don't point out the poor points clearly enough. e.g. the hotel accommodation (we stayed at the Vienna Dream Castle) is below par for the star ratings given, I imagine because they have a captive audience and can get away with murder. .Brit Guide to Orlando 2008 by: Simon Veness, Susan Veness October 31, 2007 My husband bought this book as we were travelling to Orlando with friends. We had been to Orlando previously, but it was over 7 years ago. This book it packed with really useful tips and hints. We planned all our activities based on the quietest days to travel - and we had a great time, the longest ride we waited for was 20 minutes. However it was September and this is usually one of the quiestest times to travel. Every day the book would be with us, I have since passed onto my friends to use, definately worth the money.
