I bought this book on the strength of the customer reviews, having also read the customer reviews fpr 'Airline Babylon'. I wish now I'd gone for the latter - I found this book to be really ordinary - no flair to the writing, and not really any great revelations in the writing. I was looking to be entertained by stories of the excesses witnessed by cabin crew, but got a rather tedious account of what it's like to be a trolly dolly. The author complains about the customers, about the hours and about the job - which doesn't make for particularly entertaining reading.
