This pain started in a Ti Chi exercise class about 6 years ago. Just a nagging mid back pain that came and went. Chiropractic treatment helped but I could not do aerobics because it would come back. The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook showed me where and how to treat it. I got relief from the first self treatment and was cured within one week. Since then I have helped my son with his knee pain. I highly recommend this book, much pain and suffering can be avoided!

This book is very inspirational, especially if it is you who are fighting drugs or alcohol. It gives a very different way to look at addiction. It is not traditional 12 step which is something I rebel against. Instead it has you look at your addiction from the reasons of why you abuse drugs and alcohol. Most traditional treatment only addresses addiction as the problem, but this book points out that addiction is only a symptom of your underlying problems. It gives the author's 3 step approach to digging deep to solve your addictions from the underlying problems. I was introduced to this diet 7 years ago. Began the diet with my physicians knowledge and was able to go prescription drug free within a year. The diet really works and the book not only gives the how to and recipes, it gives the scientific information to back up the evidence. I will admit, I tried it at first to lose the weight. What I didn't know that my mood would change within the first few days. I was happier than ever, more energized than ever and felt healthy. I have Multiple Sclerosis, and I have to say, no drug a doctor will give me to feel the energy to wake in the morning compares to the Master Cleanse. I was on the Master Cleanse for a total of 14 days... I also lost almost 20lbs. When I started, I didn't think I would make it to day 3, but I didn't want to stop! I recommend it to everyone I know now. TRY IT!

I bought the book first & once I was mentally ready I bought the plan from Ebay (much cheaper than from the actual site.) I stuck with it for 21 days & I lost 15 lb. It has been 1 month, today, since my 21st day & I am maintaining & I have lost more on my own. This book/plan altered my lifestyle. I cleansed my body, mind, closet, fridge & pantry. I am a procrastinator too - go figure.
