It is listed 200 bucks in the bookstore in our college, but i got 150 on amazon. the shipping is free and fast. I received this book in a week after i placeed the order. This clearly crafted guide helps you decide how to structure your estate and makes sure you do not miss anything important, including health and do-not-resuscitate directives. To me this book was too basic. It had more information about financing to get the money to purchase these liens and less information about the leins themselves. Everything in this book can be found by googling your states website. If you are looking for indepth info like legal issues that need to be done this is not the book.

I ordered two books from amazon. The first one was lost in transit and I never recieved it plus I wasn't refunded my money. The second one they sold me a book that they actually didn't have in stock. It took them 4 days to figure that out so overall it took me about 6 weeks to get the book I finally needed and it was not through them.

If your property professor follows the majority trend and decides to use the Dukeminier/Krier casebook, Gilbert's law summaries will be an absolute godsend. I actually really liked the casebook (what can I say; the occasional interjections of bitter self-awareness really lightened up what could have otherwise been an intolerably ponderous subject), but found it to be simply too dense at times, especially in those areas of property that collide unpleasantly with reality. Future Interests, for example, is a notoriously difficult subject to grasp, and I found the D/K casebook's approach to be a little too historical and a little too rich...

I don't have a huge estate, and thought this would work for me. I am shocked to see that SENSITIVE INFORMATION, your SS number, account numbers, date of birth, address, EVERYTHING, is stored on some server somewhere in cyberspace! Hackers would find this server a TOTAL GOLDMINE!! I selected the option not to save my data to the server, but to export it to my own computer, and import it next time I used the software. After filling in a good deal of sensitive information, I found no option to save it, and ended up exiting and losing it all. Throughout the use of this software, I had to click on a disclaimer, and warned to have a lawyer look at the documents it produces to be SURE they are complete, etc. I looked on the CD for "help" files, and found that the ...
