Our team all went through this assessment and I have to say we were all impressed at how on target the assessments were; it does help to convey a solid message of personal development that we all should heed: know your strengths, focus on your strengths, leverage your strengths, develop your strengths!

The one piece of consistent feedback on the assessment? People wanted to see a relative ranking of the strengths. The list of five does not really offer a way to understand *how much* of a strength something is, so bear that in mind when reading over the results.

I enjoyed this book very much. The first portion of the book has many helpful hints regarding managing one's life and work. Tim Ferris has a unique outlook on how one should arrange their life and, I suspect, that most of us can benefit, in some way, from his example.

The last portion of this book will be of particular interest to those who wish to make their money from selling a great product online. If your personal "get rich quick" plan focuses on real estate, stocks, or "brick and mortar" businesses, then this portion of his book may be of little use to you.

Overall, this book is a great buy and well worth your time!

Probably the best management and personnel development tool around! Four staff members were each given a copy to read and to follow the instructions for getting an analysis. Each was asked to bring the analysis for their annual job review. They expected the typical "this is good and that is bad" comments but found that when they reviewed their positive traits they were asked "how can you apply that in your job?" Ar real morale and performance builder.

Although the book title clearly aims itself at the successful managers, it is a good antidote for all who want to do better particularly on interpersonal relationship and leadership, that previous success, no matter big or small, almost always mar ourselves with complacency, self centredness, over confidence etc etc. Well organised with wit and good substance, it did help improve my communication skills, till the time I forgot them all, and then pick it out for a re-read. In short, recommended.

I couldn't put this book down. They break down the significance of social media in today's business world, as well as how to implement a realistic and productive strategy for using it to an advantage. Great read, and a great resource for people who want to keep up with the current state of the ever-changing world of business online.

I just hope it doesn't become outdated too soon...

This book is very applicable in every relationship that you have. Trust affects not only business, but also your personal relationships with your family and especially with your own self worth and self confidence. This is truly a profound book. It really goes hand-in-hand with another book I read called "The Book on Mind Management" by Dennis Deaton.

This is a classic (pun intended) example of what's happening with books that many of us read in the `60's and `70's. The books were written in the `20's, `30's, and even earlier. The Secret, which was no secret, was based on these authors' books. I ordered two of Dr. Joseph Murphy's books to replace ones I had given away only to find out they had been "revised." I was so disgusted I gave them away. Genevieve Behrend's books have been taken over by Joe Vitale. His name even appears first on the covers. The description for one of them starts out with, "Fiery Texas author breathes life into dead woman." If you really want to know what Napoleon Hill had to say, get the original version. The book stands on its own merit without any "help" from people who have no new ideas ... Read More:
