Whether your are an entrepreneur, VC or lawyer, THIS is the book that you must read. It's really everything that you need to navigate the entire startup ecosystem. I've been in the industry for over a decade and I still use it as a reference and encourage both entrepreneurs and lawyers to read alike. I also think it's a great resource for VCs sitting on boards to make sure they are complying with all the latest and greatest regulations.

This book gives a great account of how a simple criminal case made its way to the Supreme Court, but also explains a lot about the court's reasoning when it comes to criminal cases and stare decisis. Also helps show how a brilliant legal minds works, and highlights the differences between a lawyer and a person with no professional knowledge of the law - differences that any law student must overcome if they are to be successful.

I feel this was the most useful law school prep book that I read. And I read quite a few !!! Loads of useful tips and information to make the beginning of this journey easier. Especially liked the colored marker system of highlighting. Saves time and makes organization a snap.

The Gridlock Economy illuminates by giving language to a phenomena that is all around us but we've had no word for. The stories he tells are chilling and heart wrenching. But he gives us hope as well. By describing gridlock and why it happens - the word he coins is "anticommons" - Professor Heller lead the way to creative problem solving. This book is a must read for policy makers in all fields.
