Like a lot of the others who have commented, I have found Nora Roberts hit and miss. This book was a hit for me. It had a little of that ends up a little too perfect romance aspect, but the dialog had me laughing out loud (in a good way). I also think the story line moves at a good pace. Definitely worth the $$ for the paper back or the kindle version. I even got my husband hooked on it.

I was very disappointed in the ending. After having so many chapters of depressing news it would have been nice to have a better written ending.

first off i loved all the bdb books except for number 4 that said this book is different but good. it took me 3 months to buy because of all the bad reviews. so lets clairify what had everyone dissapointed. 1. too much going on/ i personally like reading about everyone and whats going on and i cant wait for all their storys now. 2.not a romance/ sorry ladies but sex does not a romance make .this story is about two people with a boat load of emotional problems they have to find themselfs before they can find eachother. their story is not all wine and roses but thats life. alot of hard work and devotion und understanding. that is a love story. ... This book was a disappointing read. I found it to be historically inaccurate- The Duke of Buckingham was not a close relative to the Boleyns, Mary spent time in The French Court and was a minor mistress to Francis I. She married Carey while she was Henry's mistress. Anne was the younger sister, but was not fifteen when she came to the English court; she was probably closer to 20 and was a maid of honor tho Henry's siter Mary, the Dowager Queen of France. It's almost like reading the People or Us version of Tudor history. I've tried to read a few of Ms. Gregory's novels and I have not enjoyed them. If you want a good read about Anne Boleyn, read John Ives'wonderful biography or some of Alison Weir's works.(Even thogh she is not very sympathetic to Anne.) The truth is much ... Read More:

This book is very much more of the same as the previous two books. Reyes holds within him the demon Pain and has been lusting after Danika Ford since book 1.

I had some major concerns for Danika as Reyes is a fairly violent and bloody person (not to mention messy... all that blood...) and he tends to taint the women he associates with his demon so that they too begin to crave pain. Unwilling to afflict this future on Danika, Reyes protects her from both Aeron and himself. Of course this only works for a period of time before Danika forces his hand.

However since Danika is the all seeing eye and basically a portal between heaven and hell the demon can't hurt her. It basically just goes to hell (lol) when she is with Reyes rendering her safe from the ... Read More:

Another WONDERFUL, heartwarming book by Wanda Brunstetter. This book is worth reading and also sharing! My daughter has a form of autism and she also LOVED this book. I read her the book, then we made the White Christmas Pie. While reading the book, we never wanted to put it down. The story & pie recipe was GREAT!!!!! Thank you Wanda Brunstetter!!!!

This is the fifth Jodi Picoult's novel I've read and probably will be the last one. I almost put it down because it simply got to my nerves. That Cameron Mc Donald was such a selfish, arrogant and weak man and Allie, his wife, such a pushover, that I just could not stand neither one of them. What irritated me most was the fact that after finding out that he was betraying her, Allie punishes Cam, but then forgives him (a deduction based on the notes Cam writes to Mia, which are on the left page at the beginning of each chapter). A good sequel would be one with Allie, leaving this guy for good, leaving town, overcoming her low self esteem and finding true love with a real man, not with the kind of male characters that Jodi Picoult usually creates, which seem to be very handsome and attractive but extremely ...
